Default h22 throttle body on bseries manifold?

Will this work? Does a h22a throttle body bolt right on to a b series manifold without any modifications? What size is this throttle body?

why don't you hear about these being used more often? It seems like people prefer type r which is two mm smaller.

Good call, industry secret maybe?
My old h22a t/body went on my friends b16a i/manifold no problem and he really likes it.

I may be wrong on the size though..it is either 62 or 64 mm in diameter..(I forget).

Incorrect it is 60 mm, and it will not bolt up to a B17a manifold!

im pretty sure it should fit. that's if the h22 fits b series other than b17 manifolds.. if the h22 tb doesn't fit, then the b series wouldn't either..

h22 tb is 60mm, teg type r is 62mm

Yes it bolts right up to the B-series intake manifold. Yes, it's 60mm. Yes, it's bigger over all but I don't think it's really worth it to put on.... kind of like putting GSR cams into your B16 - if there's a difference, it's almost none and not noticable when driving.
