Default H22 Swap But I wanna go turbo, Should I Sleeve H23 block or sleeve H22?

Im gonna do a H22 Swap but I want turbo where i can run a good amount of boost and I keep wondering if an H23 block is goin to hold up better than an H22 or is it the same and should I sleeve both, and my next question is How much boost have you ever seen run safely like this?

meaning only the internals like crank, rods, and pistons arent the same. the blocks are identical.

the sleeves are made of different materials as well, but both motors have the same bore...it's the h23's use of the f22 crank that gives it the longer stroke, creating the 2.3 liters of displacement...
