Default H22 not making power help?!?!

So i dynoed my car today and it made 144whp and 110ft/lbs...
I have a '97 usdm H22a4 with 70k swapped into an EK hatch
Mods:
-Hasport motor mounts
-Short ram intake
-5zigen catback w/o cat
-Mugen 4-2-1 header
-MSD ignition
-NGK plugs
-AEM fuel rail
-AEM frp
-AEM Cam gears
-RC 360cc injectors
-OBD2 into OBD1 harness
-Skunk2 chipped p28
-VAFC

The timing sounds fine, and the fuel has been properly tuned and leaned out using a dyno. cylinder compression is fine and there are no obvious problems. car runs very smoothly, It simply is not making the power it's supposed to. Any ideas about what the problem is??? thanks

do compression test, don't just say it's fine, we need to know # for all 4 cylinders
with your setup, it should pump out approximately 180whp and 140tq

Where did you dyno at? Do you have a way to post the graph with the A/F curve?
What is your fuel pressure set at? You said timing sounds fine, what is it set at?

He got his car dynoed and tuned at Eurospeed in cary,nc. He originally dynoed at 132WHP and 102 ft-lbs BEFORE they tuned it. They managed to swueeze out 12WHP just by adjusting the fuel and also they got 7 ft-lbs more. Car seems to be in good running shape, but obviously numbers do not show that, im guessing it might the skunk2 p28

I would grab a P13 ecu, and try again.

It does not have to be a P13, just the proper program in the P28. If I remember correctly from my ITR days, the Skunk2 program runs agressive timing up top. One way to off set this would be to lower base timing, but that will hurt low end and is only a temporary fix until the correct program is installed.
Also, since this is in a civic, make sure you are running an intake made for the H22, not a smaller version made for a civic. H22s can injest some air...

ill make sure and let him know, we are going to try with a better sized intake and we are gonna try and borrow a p13 ecu from a friend to see if it makes any difference

That's not true. I use a chipped P28 https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1131655

I think he was referring to the program within the P28 and not the P28 itself.

yeap i run a p28 as well on my h22a hatch, and in my h22a accord, as well as in my wifes prelude from time to time. its the fact that he is using a skunk2 B series program, which has very different timing maps, which dont work well on an h series, at least not as well as a map MADE for an h22a. i tried a "mugen" p28 on my h22a, i lost all low end, had decent midrange and top end wasnt too great, and i got 15 mpg. switched mck to the hondata i ahd at the time and made 32mpg plus ran a 13.7A99.96mph, now i switched to my own tuned p28.
