Default H22 ITB's in 00' Civic

Hi, I have a couple questions concerning the H22a. I have a 00' Civic with the h22 swap. I was wondering if anyone knows if i can fit ITB's into my car. I also keep having problems with my throwout baring going. Its gone twice and has cost me alot of money to fix. Also i was wondering what anyones advice would be on a flywheel. I was thinking clutchmasters, i already have an ACT clutch. Any input is appreciated.

Im sure you can fit the ITBs, but dont bother getting them on a stock motor. If your throwout bearing is going out its probably not being installed correctly. And for the flywheel, I just go Fidanza, I like mine and so do most people that have one.
