H22 into EF... mounts? shift linkage?

H22 into EF... mounts? shift linkage?
I'm looking at putting a H22 into a 91 Civic CX.... this car isnt going to be streetable.
Enjo Racing is going to be releasing mounts later this year but is there any others?
Also if not how have people made them fit before?
Im not afraid to weld but if there is an easier alternative i would prefer it. One other question is shift linkage.... Do you have to use the cable shift linkage or can you make the shaft linkage like the b-series work?
