H22 Into DC4 Checklist
Okay guys I think I am ready by next weekend to start and I should have almost everything probably about 80%
Couple Qs?
I have a 93 H22A1 Head, and I purchased a OBD2 H22A4 block. Will I have a problem with tensioners, water pump, timing belt, balancer belt? I believe when I looked at the head it said 96 on it but I didnt get a good look definately a H22A4.
I have all the bolts including headbolts. Can I reuse the headbolts?
Should I buy a Manual Tensioner or the tensioner for the H22A4?
What shift linkage do I need? friend told me Accord wont work it will grind gears and have trouble shifting.
Is there anyway to run a short shifter?
Is there any other kind of oil pan that I can use kind of like B16/B18B or B18C1/B18C5?
Can I use my stock LS Throttle Body? I understand that its smaller but my throttle body has a broken TPS and might as well just use my stock LS one.
Do I buy the LS Gasket?

Re: (StreetRacinThug)
Use the same year water-pump from the block/head if you're paranoid, although I'd put money on it that all the H22 water pumps are the same.
Same thing goes for the timing belt.
I'd try and get your hands on prelude linkages but I wouldn't be surprised if the F series are the exact same.
Use an H22 oilpain.
Instead of switching T/B's just try and find a new TPS.

Definately been looking into getting one recently again money is running short and far too soon before the swap so I am debating either wait for after winter or do it within the next 2 weeks....
