h22 into Civic. what's this i read about an injector resistor pack?
Is this a necessity? Is it something i can buy and wire in, or is it all custom, or what's the story behind this? Does it not come with the engines when you buy them? Someone please clarify this situation for me..i'm trying to get all my parts together

im pretty sure the fuel injector resistor pack is needed if you get a obd2 h22a and want to convert it back to obd1. You should already have one in your civic. its not something that typically comes with the motor if i remember correctly.

OBD-II H22a4 injectors are saturated...meaning it wires straight up. ONLY the 4G H22a1 injectors need the resistor pack.

resistor packs don't come on 92-95 civics and they usually don't include them with the motor. you shoud be able to buy one from a salvage yard. you need it because prelude injectors are peak and hold, and w/o a resistor box, they will burn part of the ecm. you can wire it yourself, 1 wire to each injector, and 1 wire to ignition.
