Default H22 Integra VTEC issue.. Chime In!

Ok i have my h22 integra, i go to get on it in 1st vtec hits hard, then 2nd, after that i slow down and im like ok lets try it again. Then the next few times no vtec. So i turn it off and retry it hits 1-2 gear vtec then none in 3rd. what could this be? it works sometimes and the wiring is good. i cleaned the solenoid and checked my timing. what can this be do you think?

Check your oil pan, If theres any really big dents then you wont get enough oil pressure. my h22a did this to it would kick on and then sumtimes not at all.
