H22 EG Spring Rates Suggestions?

Hey guys I searched springs rates and nothing really came up. I'm swapping an JDM H22a into my EG hatch and I going to be re-doin the suspension all around so I was wondering what type of springs rates are you running? The car will be daily driven so I don't want something really too stiff but if it's gonna help the car I might go for it. I heard Yellows and GC's are pretty good combo but I don't really know how stiff of a rate I should get them. Thanks!

I have KYB AGX and CG with the H22a eg spring rates, which are just Integra spring rates. Up front they are nice, in the back its ungodly stiff - then again my civic is a cx and gutted to the bone https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

I have koni yellows and eibachs for a GSR. I have to agree the back is pretty stiff, but its a nice setup for Autocross. I may have liked a little softer spring rate for daily driving, especially on rough roads, but its not bad. Its only my summer car... The adjustable Konis make all the difference. On full stiff, they feel like race only.

Roads here are quite rough but just like you this will be manly summer car I have an EM2 just like you for winter. How are those KYB AGX i have heard so/so opinions on them? What about the progress/tanabe H22 hybrid specific springs any good?

Re: (EM2Civic)

i just installed some of the progress h22 civic springs on my ek (350f/200r) i think thats what they told me., it makes it a very smooth ride, and theres not much swaying back and forth when shifting...

its only a 2" inch drop...
but ill be ok with that cuz its keeping my oil pan off the ground.

oh and i have some tokico blues on there too...

I was considering the Progress springs but the rear 200lb spring rate seams alittle too low. So I am going with GC with custom spring rates 375F/300R w KYB AGX gas adjustables(KYB is gauranteed for life!)

Call GC direct thier kits are 299, custom spring rates are 339 and shipping is about 15! As far as getting stiffer spring rates than 300 on an EG, I think that would be too bouncy...
