h22 eg linkage HELP!

i cant get the linkage to reach the shifter im off by 3 inches or so.. please tell me this is a simple thing to make work.

how did you route the linkage? what shifter box do you have?

it's routed underneath the steering rack.. i just have the shifter assembly that came with the h motors swap

just attach the cables to the shifter box, make sure trans is in neutral, and pull the shifter box as far back as possible then mark your mounting holes. the box won't be exactly where the stock civic one was.

you have to put the shifter cables between the frame of the car and the piece that attaches to the bottom of the frame and both lower control arms attach to theres adequate gap for the cables to have enough wiggle room.
