Default H22 crx injector question.

I got a 89 crx si which has a h22 swap in it which was converted from obd0 to obd1. The motor is from a 97 lude(obd2) but i am using 94 lude(obd1) injectors. Do I need to wire in a resistor box?

thanks in advance.

Can anything bad happen if i run it without a resistor box just in case i actually do need one?

obd1 h22 injectors are way bigger than obd2 injectors, running those in combo with no box would be bad.....

the 345's are obd1 injectors and they need the resistor box. the 290's are obd2 and do not need the box. In your first post you said you had obd1 injectors, so yes, you do need one. If you don't have one, go to a junkyard, they are cheap.

yes, you need a resistor box, and yes, you will burn out the injectors if you don't get one.

are the wires that need to be connected to the resisitor box next to the clutch master cylinder? And if so, I don't think i have them because i checked and i don't have 4 black/yellow wires over there.

your crx came with a resistor box. The si and hf had them. Do you know what the box looks like? you probably have sitting in the bay and dont know it.

I bought the car from someone and it didn't come with a resistor box. A resistor box looks like a metal rectangle with fins.

I am about to use 450cc DSM's in a h22 turbo engine going into a CRX, the CRX is an 89 model and I have the OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness. The h22 engine is a 1991 JDM spec. There is a resistor box in the bay, will I need to keep this? or ditch it? Thanks
