You guys probably dont want to see another one of these types of question but i;m stuck. I'm not gonna lie, my automobile experiance is limited and I am lost. I would like to make my car smog legal and I am willing to pay someone to make my car pass the bar test

anyone up to it, i would really appreciate it and I'm sure you guys could use the cash to re-coupe from the holidays. well if anyone is interested i have a 92 civic hatch with a h22a4(I know 97 blocks would make it harder, but i would be willing to change to a h22a1 block if need be) all stock. I'm running an crome pro p28 ecu. I'm located in SoCAL and willing to drive to you if i have to. O YA, if you know of any shops that might be willing to do the job for me that would be great to. Its a long shot getting any help I know, but it wont hurt to try.
