h22 in 94 accord problems

please help h22 in 94 accord having problems
first of all i put in a h22 in my accord. now the idle surges, the battery dies then when i jump it runs until i discconnect the jumper cable and it dies. i need help, please. the only thing i have not done is change the ecu. also i am using the f22 t.b.. thanks for any help
