Default H swap need help what to do with heater, CC, and egr stuff?

Ok so im doing this H2B swap into my civic. This is my first honda swap and tried to do as much research as possible. Anyways im getting ready to put the motor in and will not be using the egr system and dont want to run a charcoal canister either. My car will have a heater though. How do i hook up the h22 to work with my civic heater hoses? Also what about the coolant hose connecting to the bottom of the intake manifold? What all do i have to take off for the egr system? And how can i bypass the charcoal canister? Thanks for any help
