H&R Race springs with H22 civic?
I have eibach prokit with itr struts right now and the car sits really high. I have 2 fingers in the front and 4 in the rear. I want a spring with a stiffer rating and saw that the H&R race springs offer one of the most agressive rates for a straight coil. I was also considering using Eibach sportlines with an integra rate because they will be a touch stiffer then civic rating, and not lower the car as much as a civic rate. I have Tokico Whites to go with what ever spring i choose to go with if that helps at all.
Any input is appreciated.
btw... have also considered G/C coilovers but there is too much indecisiveness on what a good custom rate is. Some say 600Fr 450 rr, others say 450 fr 600 rr. ??

H&R's are nice and will sit you like an inch and a half lower than you are now and will look pretty nice. if you are looking to get your car tucked in the tires or looking to go pretty low get coilovers, skunk 2 or ground controls are nice coils but are around 300 and i dont know if you would want to spend that much

I would recomend the GC"s. I have an love em, although you might consider around 400 in the rear. I went with 350 on the rear and its fine. My set up is below, its a great set up and rides really nice whether at the track ot auto x.. Good luck!

I'm in a bad situation with choice for shocks and struts. I have ITR rear LCA's so my selection of aftermarket adjustables is Koni Yellows, and Tokico Whites. anyways..... G/C's are not out of the quesion, i just want to get something simple that will work and i dont have to mess around with too much. I haate adjusting things.
