just picked up a 00' gsr tranny and putting it into my 94 rs. but its missing 2 things....but i dont know what it is. first of all on the front of the tranny near the vin plate, its missing a square shape metal piece and on the top side a circle shape piece....what are these? the guy said i could use the parts from my 94 ls, but i looked at my tranny and it doesnt seem to have these parts.

and can i just swap the tranny without changing the clutch or other parts, just the tranny fuild? cause when summer comes im going to build the motor and change out most of the parts

the pieces you are talking about i dont know, but yes you can use you stock clutch. It will bolt right in.
