GSR swap into CRX DX
Alright i've been trying to find answers for this for a while. I have as my sig states a 89 HF, 90 SI, and a 90 DX. The HF has the B18C1 in it already but it's kinda beat up. THe SI is a little less beat up but has tons of rust. So i'm taking the best of everything and dropping it into my dx. Now the only problem is the wiring harness issue for the engine. What do i ahve to do to make it work in the DX? Can i swap out the harness in the HF or Si into the DX or is hasport my only answer?
Thanks,
Mark

Re: GSR swap into CRX DX (The Converted)
well, you can use your DX harness and convert it to MPFI. And if you did the harness in the HF, you should be able to take it from there. the DPFI-MPFI isn't hard. I've done it a couple times.

Because the Si/HF engine harness plugs will not plug in to the chassis side plugs at the shock towers of the DX. I've heard many people always say why not use the Si or HF engine harness but if it could be done to make things more simple then you wouldn't find a lot of info. about the DPFI to MPFI wiring using the DX harness. I'm sure that you could make a Si/HF harness work by repining the plugs but the chassis side still doesn't have the proper MPFI wiring. I guess you could be a total hardass and use the complete HF/Si chassis and engine harness though
