from what i have heard.. the PR-3 head (B16/Type R) flows better.. but the P72 has a smaller combustion chamber and stock for stock can raise the compression ~0.2. but if you were to PnP you could maybe get the P72 head to flow better.. so either way you'll get the job done.. but me personally i would go with the P72(GSR).

depending on what kind of octane you have in your area... i would go with the b16 head... flows better stock vs stock.. and wont bump the cr up so much ..
