Default GSR head with ITR block update: baseline dyno

this car is my daily driver, I had a lead on an ITR block when my C1 was down with a spun bearing so I had to scoop it up. the engine now has 3750 miles on it and running strong. here is the setup:

Baseline Setup 1999 TEG (tame for now)

used/refreshed 36K GSR head: stock cams, cogs, HG, valves, ARP head studs
ITR valvesprings, LMAs, Skunk Ti retainers
GSR intake manifold, ported secondaries (used to have CTR cams), 70/60/68 TB portmatched to manifold, hondata IM gasket
GSR intake tract, 4" pipe to stock airbox with comptech filter
all new tune up stuff but cap and rotor needs replacing
OEM NGK ITR plugs, NGK wires
NEW USDM ITR shortblock, new timing belt/waterpump/oil pump
GSR water pipe with T fitting for Oil cooler/heater core
GSR stock fuel, ECU, Header, downpipe, cat, exhaust and 98 ITR muffler
stock thermostat, fan switch and radiator running 35-40% all the time
18BTDC, .007/.008 cold valve lash
Amsoil 10-30w installed at 3K, broke in on 5-30castrol GTX changed at
1500 and to AMS at 3K

(dont have a working scanner or camera present)
SAE corrected power: Dynojet 248E 92.9 degrees

6500:145/118
7000:152/115
7600:158.2/110 peak whp
8000:155/102

my goal is to tune it first with hondata and 270cc prelude injectors as I can get the setup pretty inexpensively. I think I could tune the car to about 165-170/125-130 at the wheels with the current setup and that will be more than enough, also tuning the maps for peak efficiency on those cams and IM/header and such. I want to add guages for AFR, oil pressure, oil temp and a pyrometer.

next, purchase exhaust I am thinking JDM ITR, carsound cat and thermal 2.5" NA catback or bite the bullet and go hytech full if available. I could also have a GSR stock header extrude honed in the meanwhile as well. I can put in cam gears and tune this a bit more. maybe 175-180 at the wheels with good tq like 128-135. that would be bad *** to do on stock GSR cams in a 1.8

after this, headwork for 255/250 12/11.5 cams, raise comp to 11.5-8:1, install cams, new valvesprings and coated retainers, retune: 185-200whp/130-140tq
I might have to set my timing back to 16BTDC . I want to try to shape my TQ curve using the VVIS system from the GSR for the purpose of having a strong
daily driver. I also want to keep the car as stock as possible, while maintaining longevity of engine if driven sanely with performance driving in mind... I still want to run the car only understand it is not indestructable.

I think it would be wise to stop there, 130bhp per liter is a bit extreme. Once I have another car and I can track this car 100%, I will get sick with it.

I think this is about a year or so in the making for now, I am happy the engine has decided to stand up straight and walk at this point... any real-world feedback will be much appreciated.
