GSR Cold Air Intake No Longer Fits With Skunk2 Intake Manifold
1998 Civic 2 door with GSR swap.
I went from the stock GSR manifold to a Skunk2 and now I'm being told that my CAI no longer fits, and that it is hitting something... I'm over an hour away from the shop so I can't see what's going on....
They suggested I get a CAI for an ITR, but I really don't have the money for a new one at moment...
Does the throttle body on the S2 manifold sit higher or lower than the GSR??
Any idea if I can just cut the pipe somewhere in the middle & put a coupler in to give me some flex??

That's what I was thinking... But I was concerned about reducing airflow or turbulence created by the coupler... But I bet the difference will be negligible...
