Yes. They are slight, but worth the effort in my opinion.

They do make a difference, but very little. Some people that i have talked to didnt even notice a difference. I would suggest the 00-01 itr cams or any year ctr cams. They are the same, and both put out a decent difference without going too extreme. You can usually pick up a set from ebay or classifieds for $450-500 and sometimes you can even find a package deal for $550 with the valvetrain. GSR cams are okay, but for the little extra money i would drop in something with a little more of a difference. You wouldnt want to waste $60 on a headgasket and a day of installation only to be dissappointed.

yes the gain might be little but if you can get them for free or no more then $50. then i would do it for the time being and ive seen some people gain 8hp to the wheels for just a little tuneing and if you go boost they will work out good.

why would u be changing the headgasket and wasting a day of installation? Changing cams should only take a couple hours and you dont have to take the head off.

Re: gsr cams into b16 (Hybrid93Eg)
if ever you want to go boost, they will make their difference then. i was boosted when i swapped in gsr cams in my b16, and it made a pretty noticable difference. mostly i got more wide range of torque and maybe a little less peak hp, nothing that wasn't made up for in torque though. noe im ls/vtec so they are even better suited.
