Default GSR bogs down at high speeds

I know it isnt the smartesst thing to be dribing this fast.....but at around 115 mph my 1994 civic GSR starts to bog and slow down a little......could it be something to do with the short gearing in my b16 tranny?

A b16 tranny max mph is around 148mph (depending on redline too)...Seems like your bogging is because of electronic reasons or the fuel and timing is not correct for the b16 gearing.
