You're going to need an engine harness from a '94-'95 Integra GSR and an OBD-1 GSR (P72) manual ECU. The transmission conversion adapter is a mount kit that makes swapping the B-series engine with hydraulic clutch transmission into the 88-91 Civic and CRX a bolt in procedure. It's about $333 from Hasport, but can probably be found elsewhere or used for cheaper. You're going to need B-series shift linkage from any B-series engine. It'll bolt straight up without modification.
Hope this helps!

Personally, I would ensure everything works before you begin tucking the harness. If you start your tuck now, you may never find the problem after the tuck, if there is one.
If you've never tucked a harness before, I'd start reading here: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-...ssion-1693934/ If you're not comfortable taking this on yourself, I'd get a premade harness from reputable a shop such as Rywire. For about $500 (for the basic one) you'll have a quality harness that you will not have to worry about.
