Does any one have any info on a shop in Canada called "Soundz in Motion"..... I ordered a B16A1 plus motor mounts and everything needed to put it in my 94 civic and payed with credit card....I found this engine on E BAY but called the guy's shop and ordered it over the phone..... I was supposed to recieve the motor about 4 weeks ago.....and when i tried to call the guy he kept telling me he had not shipped it out but he was going to as soon as he could..... then i gave it some more time and then when i called him back and his phone was turned off..... after a week or so i called again and 2 days ago i got a hold of his answering machine and left him a message telling him to call me asap or i was going to take legal action..... if anyone has any ideas on what i should do, or anything else tell me https://honda-tech.com/forums/images.../h-emblem4.gif https://honda-tech.com/forums/images.../h-emblem4.gif https://honda-tech.com/forums/images.../h-emblem4.gif https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif

Contact your credit card company...they'll get the $$ back!!

File a dispute through your credit card for services not rendered trust me the bank don't play you will get your money and the bank will get there money back as well.

where is the store and what is the guys name. I work for the phone company and can possibly hunt him down. Definately contact yer credit card comp immediately to reverse the charge.

STOP PAYMENT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.


Then as stated earlier, order the engine from hmotorsonline.com

Yeah I'm in Canada...i'll find out where they're at...
Don't mean to rub salt into your wound, but this is the reason you should buy from a local shop, even if the price isn't as good, not someone you don't know in Canada.
Sorry about what happened and I'll try to track these guys down.
Do you know what city they're in??

Hey man I work for a company that handles online credit card transactions. What you need to do is call your credit card company and request a charge back. They will stop the payment and send you an affidavit to sign. Don't wait another minute call your credit card co IMMEDIANTLY if you think these guys are scamming you.

Yes this works. I paid for a P72 ECU about 2 years ago that I won on Ebay. The guy sent me an LS ECU so I sent it back for a refund and he kept my $ and the ECU. I issued a charge back and although it took over a month, I got my $ back.
