check the ignitor, mines was busted when i got it from steve, i just replaced it with the old ignitor in my d16z6, and it started

BTW, did you get a redtop or blacktop SR20? S13 or S14 motor?

I had the same problem,
Tried starting my car and didn't go had the firing order the same as my D series
then I got the firing order right but it didn't start
So i took the ignitor off my old distrubuter d15 and put it on my b16
Fired right up
You see after all that cranking with the wrong firing order you burnt out the distributer.
So go change the ignitor now

to steve at HMO he sent 2 distriburots, UPs lost the first one and overnighted a second one.
started and purred like a kitten first try after the new dizzy.

i figured it was the ignitor too. you see spark so you dont assume its that. put on my vx dist. on my friends dx(wasnt starting), it didng bolt on, i just held it there . good job.
