You need to get yourself an engine first. Then install it, figure out all the trouble you'll run into. Then you can think about all the mods. You're getting WAY ahead of yourself.

Unceasing Measure
it's B18C not B16 :hammer:
first off, your post title makes you sound like a complete n00b (which you are, so it's ok ) due to the "b16" that appears therein.
aside from that.
let her breathe with a nice intake, header and exhaust combination, making sure to get a high flow catalytic converter (or testpipe that bitch if you're feeling lucky...punk). an MSD ignition will smooth out your powerband and get you better gas mileage: plus, it looks cool and works well with forced induction.
bolt all that business on, get an APEXi VAFC and buy some dyno time so your powerband can be tweaked to perfection. that's all you can really "extract" without "adding" things to the engine or changing what's already there.
do yourself a favor and get some lightweight wheels (spoon, rota, Konig Helium, etc.) and good tires (Khumo Supra 712's, Falken Azenis, Potenza S03's, etc.) so you can put all that power to the ground effectively. Look into some traction bars/radius arms too if you REALLY wanna be serious about throwing some **** down on the street or strip.
hope i helped. good luck and be safe

Re: it's B18C not B16 :hammer: (Archidictus)
Thanx guys, lol. I know I accidentaly put the B16, but I changed it again to the B18c1 engine. I was lookin at my different choices for engines, adn I was thinkin si and put the engine down, but wrote GSR. I can get the install of the engine for free, and any internal work on it for free also, like port and polishin the head etc.... Anyone out there know if there is a vtec harness hookup in my 92 Civic Cx hatchback? I am pretty sure I read that somewhere, that there is one in my car, but that honda just didn't use it, but I can't find where I found that? Any help would be awsome! thanx guys....
