i'm going to go ahead and say that's very doubtful. Especially not with a 16 and high revving cruising RPM.

How exactly did you figure out your mileage?

Well I think that is Highly doubtful. I have a 98 HB with B16 and I am lucky to get 33 usually about 31 avg. that is driving about 3000-4000 rpm on Freeway.
