Default FUEL VAPOR PIPE?

Hi guys I'm getting ready to drop my b18c5 into my 97 dx hatch and I'm already to go except I can not figue out where to connect the FUEL VAPOR PIPE (That's what they call it in the helms) from the civic to the b18c5 I'm converting to obd1 with a hondata s300 if that matters.

It's #14 in this picture

I see that it goes to the charcoal canister I guess my real question is this somthing I need on the car or can I run without it?(Could I cap it off or do I need to run it to a breater?) Also this is for a Hondachallenge car that will never see the street.

Default Re: FUEL VAPOR PIPE? (ekim952522000)

I have been searching and it appears it's OK to run without a charcoal canister
