Hi guys, I'm in the process of made my feed line -6 an from the tank to fuel filter. I mock the 5/16 to -6 an fitting an the -6 an straight .

Now the floor lid won't fit. Any advice or trick to put it Factory looking? The car isn't daily but I use it on the street often.

A friend told me to put the braided hose directly with out fittings on the pump outlet just with worm clamps.
