friends car ran into problems...
we just did a 94 gsr swap in my friends 98 ek civic hatch, we had to use to stock harnest and wire it into the swap, but the car wont turn over i was wonderin what it could be im sure the harnest is wired up right, but i have to have something wrong it is throwin a cell 14 ne help would be greatly appreciated...

well code 14 is the IAC valve. I don't think it would prevent the car from starting though. have you checked all the usual stuff? Spark, Fuel, battery condition and grounds?

everything was changed spark plugs wires all the grounds are good the car will start to turn over but wont turn all the way over... im pretty sure its the iacv cuz i know when u use stock dx there is something u have to do w/ that iacv i just dont know what it is.. ne help would be greatly appreciated
