Finished the B18c1 swap, now the header has a gap.......
I just completed the swap into my 95 hatchback, and came across a problem that I have never heard of.. The gsr stock header doesn't meet up with the stock exaust, and I've never heard anyone mention this.. Is this a normal shiesty situation?? I guess it's just more initiave to get my header and catback...BUT, if i order my new exaust and header, will THEY merry up< and if not, what's the cure to my problem...thanks, you shitbags!! ha... ya, that's perfectly normal and such..
I would just pay a visit to the nearest muffler shop and have them put an extention on the piping with a proper bolt in flange so it will bolt up..

Re: Finished the B18c1 swap, now the header has a gap....... (poison)
ok good...so next question.. im doing bolt-ons now, and of course i need a gsr header for it, what about the exaust? i found greddy evo for a good price, but it is off a GSR, will this fit my hatch???? and if so i would assume it will bolt up with my header, BUT if i need a different exaust made for a hatch, i assume i would need to go to the good ol' muffler shop...THANKS!!! ~Danny

the header from gsr is shorter than 99-2000 si & del sol twin cam vtec. What you need is from 99-2000 si or from del sol twin cam vtec. It'll bolt directly to your stock cat. in its original position.
