Default Finding the right catalytic converter

Hey all. I just bought a 96 Civic EJ6 with a 99 Acura Integra B18b. It needs a catalytic converter so I can get it smogged. Anyone recommend a good brand? So far I've found Magnaflow and Flowmaster to be cheapest, but how good are these on emissions. Oh, and I live in California. One of the most highly regulated states. Thanks for any replies.

I don't have an Integra. I have a Civic with an Integra B18b engine and no catalytic converter. Just a muffler.

I need to buy a new one, because it's illegal for anyone to sell a used one in California.
