well...went to the track on Friday and ran all motor with some big slicks 24.5x8x13. same setup as before but i removed the ac system, removed back seat and installed some skumk2 drag launch springs.

Best 1/4 ET was a 12.8@103 but the fastest MPH was a 104.76

For those who dont know my setup....

Things that matter:

H22A4
Wiseco 11.8:1
Skunk2 drag launch springs
Hondata S200

If i had some smaller slicks i'm sure i would have done a bit better....

What RPM were you launching at?...........5000-5500RPM
What tire pressure on the slicks?............9psi
What is vtec point currently set to?.........4600rpm i believe.

hehe I too ran the hatch for the first time this weekend and got mixed results..

First tow tries at it left everything as was and didnt take anythinig out or off the car except the full spare (17inch) Launch felt good and beat the other car twice down the track. Time or number, nada cause the sensors where acting screwy..

After that I decided to try different settings on the VAFC and lower the tire pressure first to 25psi from 30psi and then finally 20psi. Ran a 15.2 and a 15.8 on the 1/4. 2.4 and 2.5 60 fts which shows that not all tire pressure lowering helps. Last time was with the VAFC set back to stock and just running off the chip. Car felt lazy on top end..

Hope to get back to the track at least one more time before the close and be setup to run for lowest times..

Oh man, and you were talking sooo big before. You sure that type-s really made 200whp.

well i messed up a couple of runs....

first couple of runs i ran 13.0 and 13.1. then i missed 3rd and ran 13.3.....

finally 12.8 then multiple 12.9's....traps were 101 once...103 twice....and 104 the rest of the night.

it was run after runs with no cooling

haha That is on 17's dawgs full interior minus full spare launching at 3k and shifting at 8k rpms all the way down the track... Again the first two runs I didnt get beacause the track messed up the times..

And yes I am sure..

Great runs man. I want to look into getting some slicks as well but with these 11 inch brakes its gonna be a b!tch to find the right setup..

the lensos might fit....it flares outward

You maybe right plus I am already using spaces to fit my 17's cause they flare inward. Regulare GSR 15's fit nicely though. I will have to look around..
