few quick question about jdm h22 smog
can i use stock jdm catylic convertor and pass?
my setup,
stock intake => jdm h22 header => straight pipe as of now => 1.75 stock accord pipes => stoclk accord resonator => accord lx exhaust
so lets say i weld a jdm catylic convertor on tomorrow and keep the 1.75 stock accord ***** would i pass?
one last thing my headers are wrapped would that be bad if the ref takes a look at it?
i've done a search btw but noone aimed it towards the catylyic convertor

As long as you have a functioning cat. converter, preferably stock or near stock ten you should be fine. It's when you have a shiny stainless high flow cat or modded cat that you need to worry.

There should be no reason that header wrap would cause you to not pass, that would be going too far on their part. Only thing is, it makes the header look more suspicious (aftermarket) which would make them question the part.
