Nope, I haven't personally seen this set up at all in an EG.
This swap is very possible, and runs align the H series swap. You will need H series mounts to mount the F22 into the civic. Same with axle set ups.

its only worth it if you just want a sohc sleeper, if you do it try to get a h23 tranny in the same time
i think a f22 would make good power with higher comp it only have 8:8.1 comp stock and 145hp

As for the F22 swap...only if you're getting it for FREE. F22 = ~140hp + more weight = slowness. An LS swap would be easier, cheaper, and weigh less. Also, not to mention an abundance of aftermarket parts for B series parts. The F22 has what? 'Nuff said.
