F20B Rod bolts
hey guys well im in the middle of my build and im trying to find ARP rod bolts for my F20B and what i found from searching is the F20B Rod bolts are the same as F23 which are the same as K20a so F20=f23=k20a so the ARP Part Number that keeps coming up is 208-6003. On ebay i see pictures of the same part number but some have studs and nuts and some are just bolts. Now i know the one i need are bolts since that is whats in the F20B...anyone got any answers or insight it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: F20B Rod bolts
I know the f23 and k20 are different. There was a couple guys a while back doing orders with ARP on some f23 rod bolts. Username gstrudler was one of them.

Re: F20B Rod bolts
I have beat every f20b to death that i have ever owned , reeveing them to 9,500 for years and i have never had any rod trouble . I was young and stupid bla, bla, bal, but my point is 9,500 is 9,500 period weither its a stock motor or built motor so i see no need to upgrade the bolt . I have heard so much crap over people talking **** about these bolts . I would have to see a proven stretched or broken bolt before i beleived it in this motor . The most pressure on your rods is when your engine fires but think about it . Its firing down on the crank so the crank is taking the stress not the rod bolts. Only stress on rod bolts is when the rod is thrown upward not fired on . Is it a good idea of course . If i wasnt going to buy rods i would run them like they are . Also f23 have a long stroke and just wasnt made to reeve that high like a destroked f20b is . I beleive people blow there **** up with no idea what happened and blame it on rod bolts when thats not the problem in most cases.

quick update about the rod bolts i went to honda and picked up an f23 rod bolts part numer 13204-P8A-A01 which is the same as k20A3 and k24 and few more motors
f23 is on the left and F20b is on the right
