Default F20B in a 1990 Civic (gen 4)

Had a 1999 Honda Accord SiR-T (165whp) which was recently stolen. I really loved how the car pulled the weight (1320kg) and wanted to put a F20B engine and LSD box into a 1990 civic which i intend to buy (hoping to achieve high 13's).

Just wanted to get some of you guys comments on this swap (pros and cons). I am especially concerned about the front being heavy (handling problems).

I already have the engine and box.
