Default exhaust gasket between 'a' and 'b' pipe??

B16a, should there be a gasket between the 'a' and 'b' pipe. The exhaust manifold (4-2) and the downpipe (2-1) .... I have a leak there, didnt have one for the first month after doing my swap.....now all of the sudden i do (too much vtec?). Should there be a gasket there?? What car should i get one for? Or are all vtec manifolds close enough? ie. del sol vtec, civic si, gsr??? what will work for me...?

Thanks

There are two o-shaped gaskets between the exhaust manifold and the a-pipe. One over each hole.

Hmm, thought it was one piece.... So did the guy at Napa when i went in there for a GSR gasket, he said it must have been inventoried wrong...

Don't know. If you can't find out, just get the B16 ones to be safe.

find out your piping size and apply those size gaskets. i am using random **** to hold my bolts in. just make sure they fit snuggly. no leaks here.
