I'm reading this japanese tuner magazine and there's an add for B20TC engines. It says, "Announcement to B16A/B18C owners!"
"This is not a stroked up engine! Powerful 2.0l VTEC complete!"
"230ps 480,000yen"
"250ps 600,000yen"
"Crazy power and Torque!"

Just curious...sounds like they just build their own B20's either with a b16 head or b18 head? What's your guys' thoughts?

heh, welcome to about a year and half ago (or more).
Some of the tuners such as 'M&M' have had B20/vtec engine setups for sale. Its virutally the same scenerio we do here. Although, some of the JDM tuners purchase brand new parts (such as a B20 block and possibly a brand new PR3 or P72 head) str8 from the dealership, and they sell them as brand new engine packages, kinda like what Spoon does with their crate motors....thus the ad you're reading. They'll also rename their own engines packages...B20TC for example.
