Error codes p0335 and p1298
 

Would anyone with diagnostic experience be able to help me out? I got a p0335 and a p1298 code whenever I start up the car. I got a k24a swapped mini cooper with a brand new k24 crank sensor and yes I required the engine harness pinout to work with the k24 crank sensor. Whenever I press the gas it cuts out and almost dies unless I press the gas super slowly to build up rpms. I have the car on a battery tender at 12v 50 amps to start the car could that be the issue for the p1298 code?
