Engine sitting in junkyard for 5 years....
I found this 95 Integra LS that was totalled from the side, but everything under the hood is ok. The car has been siiting with the hood shut for 5 years. The guy said if I pull the engine, he will sell it for $200 including tranny, ecu, ect.... Will this engine run after sitting for 5 years? What should I do???

Valve train is probably locked. If its still in the car, bring a fresh battery and compression test that bad boy before you buy it .

The tranny alone is worth more than that, so I would say go for it, and if it's not what you need just sell it for a profit

That's a great find! But be forewarned that you'll need to invest at LEAST that much to get it back up and running. Timing belt, water pump, oil pump, new seals, etc.
Try opening it up and checking under the valve cover. Hopefully its not rusted. Maybe even squirt a few drops of oil in the cylinders to lube things up.

definitely a good buy.
$200 alone is soooo little for that swap.
ecu, axles, tranny, mounts, block, oilpan/distributor/injectors/etc. are all parts you could sell off after cleaningh them up and make enough loot to buy a better swap.
or you could build this one up if you have money already....

Dam I wish I could find a ls Swap for that price.
I was looking at $200 for a block and head. That needed work!
