Default EK with integra front subframe which mounts for h22 swap?

I have a 96 civic dx with 94 integra complete front subframe. What mount kit do I need for the h22 swap?

Hasport's EK H22 Mount Kit is made for a stock EK with a stock EK Subframe, not an Integra subframe.

Yes, the rear engine mount now sits about 1 inch forward. So with any b or d series all you have to do is use the integra or eg rear tranny bracket along with the other ek mounts. Are the h22 rear mounts different between the ek and the eg/dc?
