EK F20b Fires but doesn't run
 

2000 Civic EX with automatic harness. F20b installed, I have an H22 OBD2 ECU I'm using right now to get codes but I have a chipped P28 with a custom tune that does the same thing. When I let the car sit for a bit I can get it to fire up, but then it immediately dies and won't fire back up until it sits again. I can hear the fuel pump priming just fine. I also have 4 codes:

P0118 Coolant temp circuit high
P0113 IAT circuit high
P1519 IACV failure
P1253 VTEC malfunction

I think the IACV needs to be modified as I'm using a manual F20 and an automatic harness, and nothing else seems like it should stop the car from starting but I'm not sure what the issue is I might just have some plugs changed up. I drained the gas and put in fresh, put on a new fuel filter and new spark plugs. What should I check?

For the first two codes running high circuit, they are most likely not grounded. I had the same problem with a sohc zc in my civc. I bought it with those codes and it ran like crap. I didn't feel like tracking the wires, so I I just cut the ground and extended the wire to ground it. It's messy but it worked. So trace the ground on each, and deddec what you want to do to get it grounded. Also check your timing, both on distributor and belt.
