EG radiator in crx?
Im in the process of doing an ls turbo in my 91 rex. I wanted to create a little more room in my engine bay and i was considering dropping in an EG radiator and using my old AC fan instead of the radiator fan, this should free up tons of space. Anyone else done this? will it work?

I just noticed that you want to do it for more space. In that case you'll probably have to remove the stock radiator mounts and make some new ones. Shouldn't be too much trouble. Although you may want to weld the new mounts to the frame.

get a del sol dual core radiator, and you will have no problems. as for the radiator fitting in the rex, it hangs pretty low. and if your rex is lowered(which it is) then you will hit the radiator before you hit your crossmeber. Just remember to watch those damn dips

If you want a really good deal on a stock replacement or that 2 core del sol. We can get you an awesome deal. If you are considering an upgrade go with the all Aluminum KOYO. Its and OEM style replacement. Better quality than Fluidine and we have competitive pricing with Fluidine. Use this coupon# AC116 when ordering for $20.00 off. http://www.auto-car-radiators.com

Re: EG radiator in crx? (radiator)
Good for space, semi-OK for cooling dep on applications. I had that in my 91 Civic EX with d16 turbo and opened up a lot of space....

Re: EG radiator in crx? (HondaCRX)
I personally have a '93 Integra radiator in my EG. As for cooling it's a little....well...overkill. Soon i'll be removing it and replacing it with a radiator from a 94 Civic EX automatic. The DelSol radiator is basically the exact same as the automatic Civic radiator. With proper ducting of air to the radiator you'll actually be suprised how efficient the stock radiator is. If you do go with the DelSol or Civic radiator be sure to block off the opening where the A/C condensor use to reside with a plate of sheetmetal so more air is directed to the radiator instead of your header.
