There are many headers that will work very well for all motor.

An-r, smsp, ie (not making anymore), hytech, and many more. Any mandrel bent exhaust will work well for you as long as the parts on it (muff, res, cat) are straight through design.

Headers?

Any decent header would be okay (I haven't really tried much), but when I had my H22 long long ago. I used the DC sports SS header and as for the exhaust I had a 2.25" custom pipe made and welded to a type-r muffler.

Not the best but I liked

The best header is Imagine Engineering ... I know someone selling one to.
Dyno proven at 17whp on Honda-Tech [search]

I've got a brand new one I never used for sale.

*cough* the company's advertised dyno *cough*

Those rarely hold a candle to real life experiences. Although, I will say it is a nice header.

I used the An-R header on my old setup. I feel it's the best choice for the price.
