EG H22 Swap Code 6

So I have a 94 Honda Civic with an H22a4 swap and I'm getting a code 6 which is for coolant temp sensor and I'm guessing why I'm having cold start issues. I have 3 connectors which I believe are all coolant temp but only 2 on the wiring harness (I didn't swap this car myself)

Which goes to what? I've tried all configurations and still have the CEL so I'm thinking maybe a sensor or wiring is also bad. Anyone have a good idea on where to go from here?
Both wires are 2 pin one is black and green wiring the other is red and green.

The grey plug with the black and green wires is the fan control switch. The sensor pictured in your top pic on the upper radiator hose port/fitting is the secondary fan control switch... which is not needed in your application. The ECT sensor is the one you have in the second photo... and the correct plug for this sensor is the grey plug with the red/white and green/white (although the trace could be blue or black). The green/white wire would have continuity to ground and the red/white wire would have continuity to D13 at the ECU. If these two wires test good... replace the sensor.

You don't owe me... I am always happy to help... especially when it comes to a fellow "H" swapped EG owner. I have had one since 2002 and I LOVE it. ;)
