Default EG/EK H22A Intake manifold nuts/studs - common problem w/ stiffer motor mounts?

EK chassis w/ HCP mount kit (incl front crossmember), JDM H22, CM st3 clutch, OEM IM

After around 6k miles, the intake manifold literally shook loose. The first studs to go were the passenger side upper and lower. Not having time to fix it (work), eventually even more nuts came off causing for a nasty vacuum leak.

It was all fixed and the IM gasket was replaced with Hondata heatshield, properly torqued down and driven easily for another 4-5k miles. A few days ago the idle became less stable, and much higher at around 1100-1200rpm acc to piggyback.

Quick inspection revealed the once again the passenger's side upper/lower nuts are off, and the rest of the upper studs seem OK (retorqued).

Now how the hell do you access the lower nuts w/o a lift, just simple garage tools?

If anything, I'd think this was less of a problem than with "shaky" OE mounts...
