Hi all, I am new to this forum and I have a tech question.
I have a 91 civic hatch race car with a zc dohc engine and stock 5 speed cable trans. Last weekend a guy pushed me into the wall and caused me to roll my car. I am ok, the car is not. the guy that crashed me was really cool and gave me a 95 civic si race car with a ls motor and hydro trans along with an extra 1.8 block, 2 vtec dohc heads and a couple of ls heads and some other parts. The Ls motor has no compression so to get this thing going quickly and not miss races, I want to swap my zc engine and trans into the 95

I know the b series trans wont bolt up to the zc and the trans in my 91 has a cable clutch . how do I convert the 95 to cable clutch, Do i change pedals?
will the ef axles fit the eg body using the ef trans?If not why? are the shafts different lengths? are the outer joints different? Is it possible to build hybrid axles using parts from all 4 axles to make 2 that will fit?

will the ef mounts work in the eg, what about shift linkage?

I was running tegra da steering knuckles, struts and lca's on my ef, will any of this fit on my eg?

I appreciate any advice you can give on how to make this swap work.

if you are referring to a hydraulic clutch transmission, I would rather use what i have. the diff in my ef is locked and i have a racing axle on the right side and i really dont have the time or desire to buy new stuff.

If you have to ask all this stuff you prob shouldn't have "autotech" in your name

I am a master technician and i have repaired thousands of cars, I dont have experiance with this particular swap, that is why i am on this forum, to get info from people who have done this swap so i can decide if i want to do it or try to repair the ls motor that is already in the car.
If you have anything helpful to offer, by all means respond to this post, if not than please keep the smartass comments to yourself.
