Default ef swap handling effects

I have decided to make my car into touge car I have some specs I want to keep too.
1. I want the car to be no more than 1000KG (2200lbs) driver included
2. I want it to have near perfect weight balance 50/50 would be great but I would settle 53/47 if i can get it.
3. It needs to be able to run cool when I drive the pissout of it aftermarket rad. all the way.
4. It needs to be able to make a reliable 350-400 whp (on a progressive boost controller for traction reasons.) trying to get 50,000 miles to a motor before rebuild or new motor.

I need help figuring out what motor would help me reach these goals of balance, efficency, and power.
I have been leaning towards a d16z6 turbo cause it leaves me a lot of play in the weight department all opinion and discussions are welcome. I need help in making a motor decision so I can start collecting parts for the project.

The cheapest thing to do is keep a d-series and turbo it.

I said F-that and went with a H22 because I like to blow the front tires off the car.

It weighs a little over 2300 lbs with a half tank of gas, but I haven't stripped anything. It's full interior and toolkit still.

If I wanted to make an effort I could get the car by itself to a little over 2000lbs. I don't think that's practical in a daily driver, though.

the main thing i was wondering is how certain swaps effects handleing weight distribution
as my car sits right now it weighs about 1800lbs minus the 200lbs pound driver.
then I plan on doing a little more weight reduction light carbon fiber hood and other part s to lighten it another 75-125 lbs
I need to make it so light for all the weight that will be added from upgraded for brakes, body stiffening, remaking the wheel wells for wider tires, and much more.

I put a real suspension on it (Koni/GC and spring rates to match the engine) and it handles great. I'd say it really doesn't feel like the front end is much heavier going into turns.
