Doing LS/VTEC build up what oil pump should I run? Stock, GSR, Type R, CRV?
Building an LS/VTEC with a B18B and a B16 Head just wondering what oilpump I should run? A stock LS or can I go with a GSR, Type R or CRV? Which has the most pressure? Thanks

I believe the vtec pump has a few extra teeth. VTEC needs oil pressure so you should go with a vtech oil pump.

LMAO yeah right.... since the oil pump is driven off the timing belt right? do you know the difference between a oil pump and a water pump?
just get any OBD2 b series pump they are all the same...

I just found your posting. I'm doing an LS/Vtec on my 95 integra. How has yours turned out? Was the build up smooth or was it a pain in the ****?
